non-disclosure agreements, buy-sell agreements, and shareholder agreements.

We also work closely with our clients and their families to provide them with the asset protection they desire. We create Family Limited Partnerships, Irrevocable Trusts, and Medicaid Trusts to create security, succession planning and asset protection.
We also work with the heirs and successors of a deceased’s loved one in a compassionate and expeditious manner. We work diligently to make sure the Trust Administration or Probate Administration is done in an efficient, timely and proper manner.
